Users may experience difficulties while setting up Quickshot controllers within Windows 95 / 98. Here are some instructions on how to setup the Windows 95 joystick driver and the Quickshot controllers. The calibration under Windows 95 / 98 is only necessary for Windows based games, and not required for Dos based games because they almost always have their own calibration routine.
*Note: in all of the information below, 'click' refers to depressing the left mouse button. 'Right click' means depressing the right mouse button. This guide also assumes that you have Windows 95 / 98 loaded and you are at the Desktop. These instructions also assume that you have the Microsoft DirectX 5.0 drivers installed. If you do not have them installed and would like to obtain them, please refer to the utilities section on this CD. Windows 98 has the drivers installed as standard, so you will not need to install them.
There are various sections to this guide, each must be followed in order so that the driver and joystick is setup correctly. As long as you follow the steps carefully, you should have everything up and running properly
