• 1. Go to Control Panel (Start, Settings, Control Panel)
• 2. Click on Add new Hardware
• 3. Click Next
• 4. Answer No for the question for auto install
• 5. Select Sound, video and Game Controllers, and click on Next
• 6. For manufacturer, select Microsoft
• 7. For model, Select Gameport Joystick
• 8. Click Next until Finish is seen.
• 9. Restart your computer.

Upon restart, a 'Joystick' Icon should appear in the control panel, and you must now Calibrate the joystick so that it can be used.
