QUICKSHOT ANNOUNCES THE UPDATED MASTERPILOT '98 AND ITS PROGRAMMING MODULE | ||
Milpitas, California--December 2, 1997 -- QuickShot Technology, Inc. is proud to introduce MasterPilot '98. This latest version of the MasterPilot increases the number of games supported by the original version from 35 to 77 - more than doubling the number of games originally available! Along with the release of MasterPilot '98, QuickShot introduces the Master Pilot Programmer which allows gamers to custom program commands for their favorite games to use with MasterPilot '98. MasterPilot '98's unique, virtual cockpit makes playing popular flight games an exhilarating experience. Its uniqueness lies in its conceptual design which eliminates the need to use the keyboard to play computer games. The player utilizes the push-buttons on the MasterPilot console which enable the player to perform various game commands without having to memorize cumbersome keystrokes. The results are dramatically faster response times, drawing the player more into the game itself. MasterPilot '98 comes with 77 custom game templates, and each template is individually numbered and dedicated to a particular game with its specific commands. Complimenting MasterPilot '98 is the MasterPilot Programmer, a program module that allows the user to program an EE PROM cartridge using software that is compatible with Windows 95 and Windows 3.1. This module allows the user to custom-program up to five complete game set-ups for use with MasterPilot '98, and includes software enabling the custom design of game templates. This program module connects easily between MasterPilot '98 and the keyboard, and the cartridge is re-writeable. The MSRP for the MasterPilot '98 is $59.99 and $29.99 for the MasterPilot Programmer.
